DADONG D-ES300 SERVO CNC Turret Punching Machine is mechatronics automation equipment, it's widely used in the chassis cabinets processing, air conditioners, refrigerators, solar plate, kitchen equipment, instruments and meters, electric control cabinets, building decorative materials, auto parts, silencing plate, lamps, and other sheet metal processing industries.
Main transmission adopts direct drive servo motor, which retains the advantage of simple and reliable structure as mechanical transmission, at the same time, servo transmission has a better performance than hydraulic transmission .ES300 series punch press has the characteristics of high-efficiency, energy-saving, low-noise, high-accuracy, and can realize many processes like die-cutting, forming, beading, lettering and so on.
The punching force is 300KN, the max.Sheet size can be fabricated is 5000x1250mm(with one re-positioning), five-axis machining(X, Y, T, Z, A).Dadong CNC software loaded on IEI system is developed specially for punch press.
